Welcome to 18 Wheels of Justice! We are proud to present one of the best small carriers in the Great State of Wisconsin, Perron Trucking...
Good small carriers are tough to find, most good operators and drivers know a good thing when they find it, and like to keep a good deal to themselves. I guess you can't blame them.
We were lucky enough to find Perron Trucking through a mutual friend and felt the need to share with our operators and drivers. Perron provides an unprecedented service to its valued customers, while at the same time suiting the needs of its most important assets, Perron's professional drivers and owner operators servicing their clientele on a daily basis.
If you're looking for job and financial security in a small carrier, Perron has been doing business for now for over 30 years...
Perron invests the same amount of time and energy in employees as shippers and receivers. Perron Trucking is dedicated to serving all aspects of the transportation network. We believe every aspect is a crucial piece of the puzzle. Perron Trucking is a team environment. Drivers, management, and customers alike unite to a form a friendly, profitable machine from which everyone benefits.
As far as the Perron family taking a hands on approach to their business, it's not uncommon to find Mr. Perron not only taking care of all the company's business, but also be found helping owner operators and drivers at the terminal sorting pallets and washing trucks. Perron takes a lot of pride in its fleet of late model Freightliner Cascadia's. This is exactly the kind of ownership and the kind of company we admire at 18 Wheels of Justice.

We are happy to have Ms. Debby Flasch with us today to learn more about Perron Trucking's success...
Welcome Ms. Flasch, it's not very often we get attractive young women at 18 Wheels of Justice HQ, it's nice to have you here. First of all, Where on God's green earth is Cambellsport, WI? Please tell us a little about your background in the trucking business...
Campbellsport is located in the heart of the beautiful Kettle Moraine. We are located about 50 miles North of Milwaukee & 50 miles South of Oshkosh.
Perron and its staff have 30 + years experience hauling refrigerated freight. What started as a 1 truck company hauling cheese for a local cheese maker has turned into a mid sized fleet offering great employment opportunities for truck drivers throughout the Midwest.
We have always felt here at 18 Wheels of Justice that smaller fleets often offer the best jobs for drivers and owner operators. What are some of the best things about working at Perron?
Home time, no weekends, home holidays, weekly pay w/direct deposit, family owned business that is very family orientated, flexible schedule. Perron has always prided itself with an open door policy. The owners are easily accessible to talk to anytime.
Does your company fleet operate separately from your operator fleet?
Legally yes. From an operations standpoint, they are treated like all the other drivers.
How do you make sure that your owner operators are given the opportunity to haul the same freight as company trucks?
Perron Trucking knows “if the wheels aren't turning, you’re not making money”. Our dispatchers do what makes sense regardless if they are a company driver or an owner operator.
Routing trucks efficiently and cost effective is our main goal. The last thing dispatch needs to worry about is if they are an owner operator or not.
Perron Trucking has been in business a long time, what are some of the keys to your success?
Small to medium sized family oriented business with great family values that cares about their employees and their families. Flexible schedules and the option for dedicated runs.
What lanes does Perron run? What is the typical home time?
Perron drivers run the Midwest and are home every weekend.
Perron Trucking is predominantly a reefer carrier with some flatbeds? Do all drivers and owner operators have to have experience with both? Who should drivers ask for when they call in?
We have one owner operator who runs flatbeds. All of our other drivers and prospective hires do not need to worry about flatbed experience.
